Who on this planet needs a healthy pet owner more than the pet itself? Pet owners spend billions of dollars yearly on pet supplies both online and off. They buy pet foods, toys, pet jewelry, beds, health products and other products for their pet dog or cat, but guess what, they don’t purchase any health supplements for themselves. As a pet owner, you need to remember that your pet depends on you to stay happy and healthy so they too can remain happy and healthy. That simply means pet owners need to hop on the health wagon and ensure that they care for themselves as much as they do their pets. As we grow older, we humans will suffer from various kinds of ailments such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Arthritis, Heart Problems, Vision Impairment and just a total lack of energy.
So many pet owners are plagued with some common health problems such as Diabetes and Arthritis and Heart Problems. These three ailments alone will reduce the amount of time and activity you can have with your pet. Especially if you have a very playful one.  My doctor always told me that the best cure for any ailment or disease is always prevention. But if prevention is simply just too late, there are natural holistic products available which can significantly lower the risk of certain diseases as well as naturally keep the ones you may have under total control.  So what does holistic mean and what does it have to do with pet owner’s health? Well, let’s see.
Holistic Healing
Holistic treatments means that you will be taking natural supplements which targets and enhance the entire body instead of just a single area with a single problem. If you truly understand how the body functions, you would know that naturally healing the entire body is much better than targeting a single area. The entire body is an interconnected highway and needs every single cell to be functioning at optimal level to truly be healthy and cleansed of any ailment. Holistic medicine attempts to treat both the mind and the body. There are some great supplements out there which targets blood pressure and your bodies sugar contents.

Pet Talk
Pet Talk
I have been approached by many passersby at my front gate who have seen me playing and just sometimes sitting and having a nice conversation with my dogs and ask if I really talk to my pets? Well, who doesn’t? I have been talking to my pets from ever since they were just cute little pups until now when they are adult dogs and cat. My cat is not much of a talker though as she gets pretty annoyed when I begin to blabber. She just curls up at my feet and just sleeps on the conversation. My dogs however, especially my little Shipoo named Nica, loves to chat up a storm with me.

She answers my questions with her barks and sometimes it looks like she gives me that occasion head nod to either agree or disagree with my level of reasoning. But talking to your pet doesn’t mean that you should check yourself into an asylum. It simply means that you consider your pets important enough to listen to what you have to say. But how does talking to your pet help you or your pet? Well let's take a quick look at these positive points.

Benefits of Talking To Your Pet

1. Makes Your Pet Feel a Bit More Loved
There are some pets that will really sit and enjoy a good conversation with you. They will appreciate the fact that you really share what's on your mind with them and that makes them feel close and special. Some good conversation holders are Dogs, Cats and Monkeys.

2. You feel Stressed Relief
Many people talk to their pets because it helps them to overcome stress especially if they wish not to talk to any human being and just simply want a listening ear.

3. It is Fun
If you are a pet owner, Cat, Dog, Pig, Bird etc. and have not sit down and have a full blown conversation with that animal you are just missing out on a whole lot of fun. One of the sweetest point in animal conversation is when you ask your pet a question and it really answers in its own language. So let us say you and your dog is sitting outside on the veranda and you say, "Hi Doggy, what’s up?" Then your dog makes a bark as to say, "Am Good." Then you say, what are you doing out here? And the animal replies again with a bark or two. And if he does that after all or most of your questions, your pet is really digging the conversation!

4. Simple Commands Are Reinforced.
So you and your pet dog are out on the patio and you have been trying to get your dog to respond to the command sit all month long. When you develop that conversational training and you yourself does that sitting action to let the animal understand what it means to sit, you are basically reinforcing simple dog training commands. It can go the side of the cat too. Regular conversation with simple commands thrown in a line or two, will in fact help your pet to understand those training commands even better.

What more can I say, There is simply isn't negative point in talking to your pet. They are animals, they have life and they are practically the best listeners.
