I Wish Upon a Cat - Cat Poem

​I wish, my wish is for a cute cuddly kitten
One who meows so meekly and plays with the mitten
I wish for a fluffy little fellow
Whose meow sounds like it says hello

I wish for a cat to love and feed
My own feline is what I really need
But before I do I better hide my pet mouse
Because I don't want a Tom and Jerry episode in my tiny house

Look, I have already gotton a cat hoise for him
To hang out and nap away in the evenings
I have this ball I think he will love
And these hanging fake bugs

I wish for a cat, good company to enjoy
Just me and my little meowy, happiness and joy.
