Dog Possessed by Ghost
.Dog is considered to be a man’s best friend. This also makes them quite attractive to be the host of passed loved ones and even evil spirits who are out to commit mischief.  When spirits want to possess a dog, they just do not go and find any stray dog on the road and decide to inherit their body. The spirits will actually find an animal that has some deep love and connection to a family the spirit knows. They will possess dogs that are connected to relatives or just any ordinary family.  But why possess a dog and not possess a human. Well this can be for a number of reasons, let’s take a quick look.

Why Possess a Dog and Not a Human?
The dog is much easier to possess and resistant is quite minimal with the dog. When humans get possessed it is not as simple as it seems on movies. Spirits cannot just take up any body it feels at will, if that was the case, half the planet would be walking possessed bodies. In order for a ghost or demon to take up the body of a human, the person has to have some channel or doorway to let that entity in. If that is not available, the spirit can never enter the human body. Dogs and other animals have no control of this and spirits do enter animals from time to time. But possessing animals really have no upside to it unless that animal is loved pet.

How Do You Know Your Dog Is Possessed?
It is not easy to tell at all If your dog is possessed as some possessed animals will act and behave the same except for just a slight difference. Passed family members will possess family dog just to keep a close watch over a loved one in the family. All you may notice in such a case is the dog becoming over protective and may simply want to be around a particular family member at all times.

Some dogs will become less vocal and will not bark widely at everything as they used to. This is because a human entity of intelligence is in control over the dogs mind and body.  If the dog is possessed by an evil entity that is out to no good, you will notice that the dog becomes aggressive and destructive. They dog may even be quite normal with this evil entity inside until it sees the individual it plans to hurt and then the attacking dog emerges.
What To Do if You Believe Your Dog is Possessed?
  1. Put Holy or Blessed water in his water bowl. If the dog suddenly refuses to drink or when drink it gives off an unusual negative reaction, he/she may be possessed.

  2. Talk to the dog and find out if another entity is within. Ask the dog to indicate by tail wags, nods or barks.

  3. If you find that the animal is possessed by a good spirit that is only there to protect. Assure the spirit that everything is OK and no protection is necessary, ask the entity to leave the animal and go over to the other side.

  4. If the spirit is evil, you can either ask for professional help to cleanse the animal of that spirit or put down the animal. Many have chosen the most humane first.
