Do you think that it is able for ghost or other beings to possess or manifest through animals? A German shepherd belonging to my aunt seems to be acting extremely strange lately. He was a wonderful frisky mutt, until about three weeks ago when my aunts father had passed away. That dog loved grandpa, they would take long evening walks and he would always have some doggy snacks for him. After grandpa passed away, the Dog became so withdrawn, he was sad for one whole week until we saw him barking at the old log grandpa used to sit on at the back of the yard from an old oak tree he had cut down many years ago. He wagged his tail and barked and jumped in the air, all the time focusing on the log, the he just suddenly stopped and went silent. We noticed he started to jump on top of the log and that's where he would rest quite frequently, he started barking at my aunts fiancee, something he had never done, but Grandpa did not like him, said he was no good. He started to bark at exactly 6:00pm AND RAN FOR THE HOSE!, this was quite shocking, as Grandpa would water the garden Three days religiously at this time!

One day we decided to renovate his kennel, we broke off the wooden top which had began to rot and decided to place shingles on, to our surprise we found things that belonged to grandpa that we thought were loss, such as his favorite hat, his gardening gloves and a pipe, the pipe was peculiar as he did not smoke!
We came to a conclusion that grandpa had manifested himself into our Dog, and we treat him as if he is grandpa,!

Throughout time, many persons with pets such as Cats and Dogs have revealed that these animals are able to interact with spirits and are more capable of even being a vessel to these spirits than us humans.
It is of very strong belief that animals interact with the supernatural more often than us humans, simple because animals have no distinguish of spirit or flesh. There have been people who have lost loved ones and have become so broken and devastated that they have no care in the world for themselves. And no matter one no human is able to bring them out of that depression. Then some stray animal decides to befriend that person and become such an enlightenment in their lives. Just being around them have helped those depressed individuals become in tune with life again.
