So you may believe that you are the only one who rocks to your favorite singer or band. Well my friend, you are dead wrong. It has been proven that animals do listen music and find many songs quite entertaining and thrilling. The thing is, dogs sense of hearing is quite sensitive and your dog will only appreciate certain types of music and sounds. Dogs prefer to listen to low pitched tranquil music and happy music. Heavy metal bands screaming diabolic things through your car or home speaker is like a torture to your dogs ear. Lets look at some of the music dogs simply love to listen
1. Kids Songs
Kids songs are normally happy songs. Even us as adults when we do listen these kids music it brings back jovial memories and decreases our age temporarily. There is nothing more thrilling to your dog as little kids singing their kids songs.
Reggae has an easy going melody to it and is quite relaxing and enjoyable. Your dog will be happy to listen to a nice Bob Marley or Dennis Brown track and simply jive to it.
3. Latin Music
Who says your dog will not appreciate such spunky beat. Latin music is an exciting music and many Latin songs are geared towards getting you moving your feet. You dog will certainly have his tail wagging to some Latin beats.
4. County And Western
The happy songs with the happy beats in this genre is what your dog will love to hear. Your dog may not appreciate the love portion of this western music.
5. Old Classics
You can't go wrong with a James brown or a frank Sinatra song. Old classics are romantic and totally fun. And that is the type of sounds dogs love to hear.
If you see that you dog is a music lover, treat him/her to some of the music above. Ensure that when you dog listens music, it is at a range which will not affect your dog's sensitive ear. So go ahead and let your dog do its little tail wagging, let your dog enjoy good music.
